I can't believe Jackson is already one month old. He is doing better with sleeping but we still have a LONG way to go... his last feeding at night is usually around 10-11pm, I get up 3-4 times in the middle of the night with him, and then we start our morning again at 7am. It is getting easier juggling all three of them during the day though. Today we went to Burger King because my neighborhood mom's club was holding their monthly meeting inside the playplace. Since that is a very familiar spot for us, I thought, why not try getting them all out on my own? I parked near the playplace entrance, put Amber and Ethan in their double stroller and was able to push that with one hand and carry Jackson (finally asleep) in his infant carseat with the other hand. Jackson has a very long morning awake time and also doesn't particularly like getting strapped into his carseat, so after the 10 minute drive serenaded by his crying, he fell asleep as we pulled into the parking lot. My friend Jill spotted us walking in and held the door open for us, so it wasn't bad at all! It was great to see other adults and it was nice for Amber and Ethan to play with their friends too. Jackson slept the whole time we were there, about 1.5 hrs. We had a good time and when we got home it was time for lunch and then naptime for the twins, one of my favorite things :) Then Jackson woke up from his nap and it was lunchtime for him! It's so much easier getting through the day when we have fun things planned like this.
And, today, Grandma Menicucci is picking up Hannah from school for me so I didn't have to be as anal about exactly what time the twins went down for a nap. When I don't plan out the morning just right and get them down early enough, I end up having to wake them up before they are finished. It can be a very crabby ride to school and back and then a crabby and long afternoon for me waiting for Brian to get home. Thank you, Grandma, that is a huge help!

Wow Gina! That's about all I can say. Wow!
Hey Gina;
Gosh, one month old already!! What a cutie! You poor thing; you must be exhausted w/ the twins and Jackson. It must be so hard to get any sleep in... I hope things get easier soon!!
Amanda is still getting up 1x a night, but we started solid food on Sunday, so maybe that will change soon. I've gotten used to it, but over Xmas with all of the the travel she was back to 2x a night...and that was rough!
She is so excited about food, even though its just runny rice cereal. Its pretty funny- you don't have to ask her to open wide twice!!
I posted photos from Craig's retirement on my Facebook page- check it out!
Say hi to everyone, Love Nancy
You are doing great! Ready for a dinner yet? Things have settled here a bit so I'll have to come see you soon. I'm proud of you though. Sally
