We found a 4 bedroom house in a nearby neighborhood that we really like. Closing is set for the 29th of July. Instead of selling our current home we are renting to some friends of ours, which is a great deal for us since the market isn't so great for selling right now! Here is a picture of the new house- it's 7305 Junco Place, weird name, huh? I noticed some bird names on nearby streets and so I googled Junco and it turns out it is also a bird. Here is a picture of a Junco.

Glad you guys found a house quickly so you can move in and get settled. Looks nice and should have lots of room for you all.
We have Juncos here during the winter at our feeders. However they must go north during the summer because we don't see them now.
