pictures of the house

I thought I'd get some pictures posted sooner, but better late than never, right? We are all settled in now and just have boxes of decorations and stuff like that to go through. I have no ambition to get anything on the walls any time soon, I like the new paint and kind of don't want to mess it up with a bunch of holes. I tend to change my mind a lot before settling on exactly where I want something hung. The pictures aren't the best since I took them early this morning and it wasn't very bright yet, so the colors don't look quite right. The paint in the main living areas is called Croissant and the kids bedrooms are Honeydew. I have a tupperware cabinet without a child proof lock on it so the twins can dump out all of the plastic and non breakable baking tins and party in the kitchen with me. Also they have a favorite window to the right of the front door and on Friday morning they loved watching the garbage man dump our trash! Also, we bought the babies a Step2 Kangaroo Climber, I got a good deal on a used one from another mom in the Albuquerque Mothers of Twins Club. They love it and it really gives them something to do rather than walk all over the rocks and eat them. They also have a little swimming pool back there, but they'd rather use it for throwing rocks and climbing in and out than sitting in it with water.
Hannah is adjusted to middle school very well already (and she's a pro with her new combination lock!). She starts volleyball practice this week and has her first game on August 26th, her 11th Birthday! I'll post pictures of that for sure.

We are still anxiously awaiting the new refrigerator- only 3 more days!!!!
