I found out the night before we were supposed to get the refrigerator that it is on backorder!! I am not happy and Best Buy knows it. They are hoping to get us something by Saturday now, but I haven't spoken with the Appliances Manager yet today. I should have received a call by now it's nearly 11am, so I am going to have to call him myself and work something out.
UPDATE:
I now am using a dented loaner Samsung fridge from Best Buy- they say this is against their store policy to allow loaners to go out, but they made an exception for me. I am so happy to have something bigger than the dorm sized one (I'm going to make a whole pitcher of juice this afternoon); the one we ordered is apparently not on backorder, it just didn't make it from Whirlpool to the warehouse, so it didn't come in and no one knows why. According to the Best Buy managers I've spoken with, there is no way to actually track whats been sent from Whirlpool, so we don't know if it's coming in on Monday's shipment to the warehouse or Wednesday's. But in the meantime, I'm satisfied with the loaner and will hope that the right one gets here soon!

What a mess!! I'm sure everyone is sick of tap water and microwavable food! I hope it comes sooner rather than later!
