Brian entered in Albuquerque's 2nd annual "Walk A Mile in Her Shoes" this morning. This walk raises money for the YWCA and awareness of domestic violence. The men were fitted with high heels at registration and Brian got a cool red pair! Men can also bring their own shoes as long as they are women's and have some sort of heel. Amber was very interested in Daddy's new shoes!
Brian opted to push the stroller because it aided in his balance and he also said it helped take some of the pressure off the balls of his feet. Good thing it was only 1 mile! He also liked appearing as a "champion"-pushing two toddlers for a mile while wearing his heels.
Amber and Ethan got bored easily because it was the slowest walk they'd ever been on. I think they were trying to count the pebbles in the road in this picture while wondering if Daddy was ever going to make it to the end! He did and we all celebrated by walking to Frontier for some tasty burritos, cinnamon rolls, and fresh squeezed O.J.!

Oh my gosh that is a fabulous look for dear old Brian!!!! I love that they are red. He could start a new trend. I was going to tell you to put them on your blog but you beat me to it. FABULOUS!!! At least it was for a good cause and he was a good sport.
